Job summary

LawRank, a leading SEO and digital marketing firm, seeks a Client Success Coordinator to liaison between clients and internal teams. This remote, full-time role supports Client Success Managers, helps manage projects, and coordinates across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Development teams. Experience in digital marketing and WordPress is a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will upload content to WordPress, assist with onboarding, and prepare performance updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress and web content editing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on client needs with a focus on deadlines and commitments.
• Support client communications and nurture relationships.
• Coordinate across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Development teams.
• Assist with client reporting and performance updates by gathering data.
• Upload content and images to WordPress websites.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
• Identify opportunities to drive client growth and long-term success.
