Job summary

LawRank, a leading SEO and digital marketing firm, seeks a Client Success Coordinator to liaison between clients and internal teams. This remote, full-time role supports Client Success Managers, helps manage projects, and coordinates across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Development teams. Experience in digital marketing and WordPress is a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will upload content to WordPress, assist with onboarding, and prepare performance updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress and web content editing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Summary of Position:

LawRank is seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Success Coordinator (CSC) to serve as a reliable liaison between our team and our clients while directly supporting our Client Success Managers. This role helps keep projects moving, client requests on track, and clients confident that their marketing is in good hands.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, curious about digital marketing, and comfortable collaborating across teams. This position also provides hands-on exposure to SEO, paid media, website development, and client strategy, creating opportunities for continued growth within Client Success.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver on Client Needs: Ensure client needs are met and exceeded at every stage, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and following through on commitments.

• Support Client Communications: Assist Client Success Managers with client communications and requests while helping build strong, trusting relationships.

• Coordinate Across Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Development, to keep projects moving and provide a seamless client experience.

• Support Client Reporting: Help prepare client reports and performance updates by gathering data and organizing insights that demonstrate campaign performance.

• Assist with Content Management: Upload content and images to WordPress websites as part of the project delivery process.

• Support Client Onboarding: Work with the Client Success and Sales teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into LawRank’s services.

• Identify Growth Opportunities: Support the Client Success team in identifying opportunities that can contribute to clients’ long-term success and growth.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, account coordination, assistant roles, or other relevant client-facing positions.

• Skills:

• Certifications: No specific certifications required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency.

• Familiarity with digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, marketing funnels, and web development.

• Experience with WordPress, website development projects, or reviewing and editing web copy.

• Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, CallRail, Monday.com, Slack, or CRM/customer success platforms.

• Experience managing or optimizing Google Ads campaigns is a plus.

• Previous teaching or hospitality experience, particularly in customer-facing roles, is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
