Job summary

Stryker Digital, LLC is seeking an SEO Client Success Manager to lead a portfolio of home service clients from onboarding through ongoing performance reviews. You will own strategy, communications, and client relationships, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and renewals.

This is a frontline, client-facing role with cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with internal fulfillment teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing SEO or account management experience.
• Strong local SEO knowledge: Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, citations.
• Proven client-facing skills: led strategy calls and built relationships.
• Detail-oriented: can manage multiple accounts with polished comms.
• Growth-minded: seeks ownership and contributes to a high-performing team.
• Bonus skills: familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, Monday.com, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned SEO accounts via Slack, video, and email.
• Work with fulfillment teams to ensure on-page content, backlinks, citations, and GBP optimization are delivered on time and to standard.
• Lead monthly video calls to walk clients through results, teach strategy, and outline next steps.
• Identify and recommend upsells such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or websites aligned with client goals.
• Present SEO data in a business-outcome focused way, not just vanity metrics.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
