Job summary

Dietary Manager Online is seeking a personable, organized Client Success Coordinator to support our clients and strengthen long-term relationships in healthcare and dietary services. This role combines customer service, software support, training, and client outreach to help professionals use DMO confidently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships: Regular outreach to understand needs and ensure support.
• Address client concerns: Coordinate solutions and rebuild confidence in DMO.
• Provide customer service and software support: Answer questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop strong software knowledge: Learn DMO features, reports, workflows.
• Support onboarding and training: Coordinate onboarding and demos, refresher training.
• Own follow-through: Track open questions and commitments for timely resolutions.
• Coordinate technical escalations: Document issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate client records: Keep contacts and history up to date.
• Encourage software adoption: Identify opportunities to promote useful features.
• Improve client resources: Create and maintain FAQs and training materials.
• Share client insights: Summarize recurring concerns and feature requests.
• Support retention and growth: Identify at-risk relationships and opportunities.
