Job summary

somewhere is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the customer relationship from onboarding, launch, training, and ongoing conversations after go-live. This remote contractor role requires coordinating data, menus, and programs with dietitians and restaurant staff across multiple locations.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, ensure data accuracy, and drive renewals and expansions, reporting to the COO.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years in customer success, account management, implementation, or similar client-facing role.
• Real detail orientation: manage allergen data and menu variations to avoid errors.
• Fluent, confident English (written and spoken).
• US Central and Eastern business hours overlap required.
• Strong organization and autonomy to run multi-location onboardings.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRMs (HubSpot preferred).
• Dedicated home office with reliable internet and headset.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from sales handoff through go-live and define launch status.
• Coordinate with dietitians to move menu data through verification.
• Train restaurant staff remotely and ensure tool adoption across locations.
• Be the primary contact for menu changes, LTO launches, and new locations.
• Build and send regular usage and menu coverage reports.
