Job summary

Covered, a telehealth provider platform, is seeking a Client Support & Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding for dietitians, coordinate credentialing, and handle day-to-day provider inquiries.

You will work remotely with a focus on delivering warm, professional guidance, maintaining high-touch service, and collaborating with the billing team to ensure accurate disbursements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication in a professional, welcoming tone.
• High attention to detail with ability to track multi-step processes and follow-ups.
• Ability to learn underlying business rules, math, and reimbursement logic quickly.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, evolving setup where processes are refined over time.
• Experience with provider onboarding, credentialing, or healthcare operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider onboarding and credentialing logistics from initial interest to portal setup.
• Serve as primary contact for providers with same-day email/Slack responses.
• Understand Covered’s billing model, verify payouts, and liaise with the Filipino billing team on complex claims.
• Develop templates, FAQs, and SOPs to scale support as client volume grows.
