AI Digital is seeking a Client Services Specialist to manage and grow multiple client relationships, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and campaign performance is communicated clearly.

You will act as the liaison between clients and our Ad Operations team from onboarding through campaigns, review reports with a keen eye for detail, and anticipate client needs while juggling several complex campaigns. This is a fully remote US-based role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of advertising/marketing industry experience.
• Proficient with Google Suite and project management tools.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle time pressure.

• Manage and grow multiple client relationships, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and communicating campaign performance, insights and recommendations.
• Function as a liaison between clients and our Ad Operations team from onboarding/launch and throughout campaigns.
• Review and deliver reporting with a keen eye for details.
• Anticipate and address client needs and concerns.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex campaigns effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to support client success.
• Contribute to growth and development of the Client Service team and the company.
