Level Agency, a remote marketing partner open to U.S. and Canada residents, seeks an Account Coordinator to support high-impact campaigns. You will help keep client engagements organized, track progress, and coordinate with account managers and cross-functional teams.

You will learn core platforms, assist with reporting, and help identify opportunities for growth while embracing AI tools to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Formación

• 1–2 years in a digital agency or performance marketing setting.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Motivation to learn and grow in digital marketing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables.
• Take detailed notes in client and internal meetings.
• Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking.
• Communicate updates to clients and gather feedback.
• Learn basics of main platforms to support strategy and execution.
• Create and compile data reports with guidance from the media team.
• Identify growth opportunities for accounts.
• Stay updated on performance marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen knowledge.
