Job summary

Zact is expanding its customer success team and seeks a Client Support Representative who will serve as the first line of support for our fintech clients. You will manage inbound calls and tickets, escalating high-priority issues and contributing to daily operational reports while gaining exposure to the payments stack.

As part of a growing startup, you’ll work fully remotely in the US with a clear path to grow into a larger CS role as products and channels expand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years in a client-facing role within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Practical understanding of commercial card programs and their operation.
• Familiarity with accounts payable workflows for commercial clients.
• Comfortable on the phone with professionalism and calm, even when clients are frustrated.
• Strong written communication and business-like tone.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client relationships across commercial card and AP clients under supervision.
• Cover the inbound client support phone line during business hours; log issues and resolve common card operations problems.
• Escalate complex processor-side or compliance-related issues to the CSM with context and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, support logs, and issue tracking across internal systems.
• Help document support processes and resolution workflows as the team scales.
• Stay current on product updates, payment network changes, and new channels.
