Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Virtual Client Onboarding Representative to welcome new and prospective clients and help them explore financial solutions that align with their goals. You’ll be a key first point of contact, guiding clients toward the next steps and introducing our services.

You will initiate outreach, schedule follow-ups, and maintain detailed client records in our CRM while developing a thorough understanding of each client’s needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Friendly communicator in a client-facing environment.
• Organized and comfortable working in a work-from-home setting.
• People-first approach with strong listening and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients.
• Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system.
