Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions seeks a Lead Client Delivery Analyst to welcome new clients and establish a solid onboarding foundation, integrating our services into client operations. You will coordinate onboarding, gather documentation, and ensure clients are educated on features and capabilities.

You will manage end-to-end onboarding, run training sessions, collect feedback, maintain records, and collaborate across Sales, Customer Service, and Tech teams to meet regulatory standards and drive client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/communications or related field.
• 3+ years in client services, sales support, or related field, preferably in tech/services.
• Experience with onboarding, data migration, and client training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding and coordinate documentation.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, data migration, and initial training sessions.
• Conduct client training to demonstrate product features and functionalities.
• Collect and evaluate client feedback to refine onboarding processes.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and milestones to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to meet client needs.
