Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client services, sales support, or a related field, preferably within a technology or services company.
• Experience with CRM tools and cross-functional collaboration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for new clients during onboarding.
• Process Coordination: Manage end-to-end onboarding, data migration, and initial training.
• Training and Support: Conduct client training sessions on product features and functions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and evaluate client feedback to refine onboarding.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed client interaction records and ensure compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, customer service, and technical teams.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure onboarding activities meet regulatory standards and report outcomes.
