Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Lead Client Delivery Analyst to welcome new clients and lay the groundwork for long-term success with our onboarding services. The role involves coordinating end-to-end onboarding, training clients on features, collaborating with sales, support, and tech teams, and ensuring compliance and timely milestones.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in client services or sales support within tech, with strong communication and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in client services, sales support, or a related field, preferably within a technology or services company.
• Proven ability to manage projects with tight timelines and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding and ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including setup, data migration, and training sessions.
• Provide initial client training on product features and functionalities.
• Gather feedback to continuously refine the onboarding process.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance throughout onboarding.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to meet client needs.
