Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Lead Client Delivery Analyst to welcome new clients, coordinate onboarding, and ensure a smooth integration of services. You will work directly with clients to understand needs, guide them through features, and drive successful adoption of our platform.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a focus on exceptional client service, with collaboration across sales, customer service, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in client services, sales support, or related field, preferably within a technology or services company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all new clients during onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding including account setup, data migration, and training sessions.
• Conduct client training to demonstrate product features and functionalities.
• Obtain and evaluate client feedback to refine onboarding processes.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and milestones for compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to meet client needs.
• Provide reports on onboarding outcomes and client satisfaction metrics.
