Job summary

Banyan Software is seeking a remote Client Support Analyst to serve a portfolio of school clients. You will manage client relationships, configure systems, coordinate development tickets, and ensure high-quality QA and documentation.»

You will work closely with Client Success, technical and implementation teams, handling multiple priorities with strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in Ed-Tech.
• Ability to work in EST and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of school clients.
• Coordinate system configuration, development requests, and QA testing.
• Gather requirements, track development tickets, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate, client-specific documentation of configurations and workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Success, technical, and implementation teams to resolve issues.
