Blue State is seeking a client services lead to coordinate delivery across multiple client accounts, shaping strategy and execution to meet client needs in a hybrid US setting. You will work closely with our strategy, creative, and technology teams to translate complex challenges into actionable briefs.

The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and adaptability as you guide projects from concept through delivery across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in client services, digital marketing, paid media, fundraising or a related area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple client accounts, driving strategy and/or execution to meet client needs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize in context of agency expectations
• Draft client-facing proposals, memoranda, presentations, and strategic plans
• Contribute to production and QA of emails, social content, and web pages
• Identify opportunities to add value as clients’ needs evolve
