Job summary

Blue State is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead day-to-day project management for a mix of client projects and offerings. You will partner with strategists, designers, analysts, developers, and SMEs to turn ideas into timelines, budgets, and deliverables from start to finish.

The role offers a hybrid work model across US offices with flexibility for remote work. 1–3 years of experience in marketing or product project management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 yrs of experience leading or supporting task/project management for marketing initiatives and/or product/platform development.
• Experience with and interest in project management tools and methodologies.
• Adaptable, curious, and focused on efficiency; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic, creative, and technology deliverables by managing overall project timelines, scopes, and budget.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of internal teams to complete tasks on time.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and align priorities with client expectations.
• Support Account, Creative, and Strategy Leads and SMEs by providing project details as needed.
• Draft agendas, timelines, and internal/client-facing documentation for project management.
• Attend client meetings to represent Blue State and contribute to discussions.
