Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple client accounts and drive strategy and execution.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize in line with agency and client expectations.
• Coordinate and monitor internal delivery teams to meet timelines and budget.
• Contribute to production, delivery, QA of emails, social content, and web pages.
• Plan, schedule, and estimate costs of new and existing business.
• Draft client-facing proposals, memoranda, presentations, and strategic plans.
• Identify opportunities to add value as clients expand or change.
