WeSuite is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Support. You will be the strategic partner, understanding client goals and coordinating the right resources to keep each implementation moving smoothly.

Location: United States (remote), with potential hybrid work around White Plains. Salary range is $70,000–$77,000 USD per year, determined by experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software implementations or professional services projects.
• Strong project management skills across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and follow-up without direction.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, organization and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations end to end from kickoff to go-live.
• Build plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities and risks.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, training and go-live readiness.
• Serve as the main client contact and manage weekly meetings.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA and Development.
• Support pre-sales conversations by scoping projects and estimating service needs.
