A global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Implementation Delivery Consultant in the United States. The role involves consulting with clients to assess their needs and providing actionable, outcome-driven recommendations. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a base salary range of $93,000 – $127,900 USD, with additional incentive plan eligibility.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as an implementation delivery consultant or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with clients to understand and document their business and content-related problems.
• Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide clients through the implementation of a Seismic solution.
• Drive scalable solutions with customers and provide thoughtful outcome-driven recommendations.
• Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs.
