Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an implementation delivery consultant or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand and document their business and content-related problems.
• Leverage sales enablement best practices to guide clients through the implementation of a Seismic solution.
• Drive scalable solutions with customers and provide thoughtful outcome-driven recommendations.
• Provide support and ongoing services for existing clients in accordance with SLAs.
