You will help clients navigate vacation-planning needs by researching options, coordinating arrangements, and providing dependable support when questions or changes arise.

Training, supplier education, and continued support are provided. This is a remote, independent opportunity with flexible scheduling and pathways for professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Solution-oriented approach to travel planning and questions.
• Strong organization and keen attention to detail in scheduling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests.
• Proactive problem-solving and timely follow-ups with suppliers.
• Comfort with researching options and explaining choices.
• Good time management and self-motivation for remote work.
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet access.
• Must be 18+ and reside in qualifying regions (US/UK/Spain/Australia/Mexico).

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients to understand destinations, dates, budget, and preferences.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transport, tours, and other services.
• Compare options, identify practical solutions, and coordinate arrangements.
• Organize reservation details, confirmations, and itineraries.
• Provide ongoing support with routine questions and updates.
• Review information for accuracy, monitor deadlines, and maintain records.
