Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking dependable, client-focused individuals to join our remote team as Client Services Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning by researching appropriate options, organizing requested services, and providing reliable support throughout the process.

Willingness to learn digital tools and supplier platforms
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region

Responsibilities

Gather client preferences, destination interests, travel dates, budgets, and special requests.
Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
Help clients review available choices and coordinate selected services through approved supplier resources.
Keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
Provide updates, answer routine questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard changes when needed.
Maintain accurate client records and continue building supplier and destination knowledge
