Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking organized, solution‑oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Resolution Coordinators. You will help clients navigate vacation planning questions, review options, coordinate services, and address routine issues throughout the planning process.

This independent, remote role offers flexible scheduling, beginner onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Prior travel‑industry experience is not required, and you’ll develop skills across customer service,

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional, patient, and solution‑focused approach.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to research information and explain available options.
• Manage multiple client concerns, tasks, and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn supplier platforms, online systems, and new processes.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Must be 18+ and reside in eligible regions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand travel goals, destinations, dates, budget, concerns, and requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and other vacation services using approved supplier resources.
• Evaluate options and coordinate arrangements based on client needs.
• Organize confirmations, reservation information, itineraries, and planning documents.
• Assist with routine concerns by reviewing solutions, providing updates, and following up on items.
• Verify client and booking information, track deadlines, and expand knowledge.
