Job summary

Next Stop Travel is a remote-based organization delivering planning and coordination services to a broad client base. We seek a detail-focused Customer Service Representative to assist with client requests, organize service arrangements, and support the coordination process.

You will interact with clients via email, phone, and online platforms, identify needs, coordinate schedules, and manage reservations with providers in a structured remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.

Responsibilities
