Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Client Services Operations Analyst for remote, nationwide work. The role interfaces with multiple departments to optimize billing operations, produce insightful reports, and drive practical solutions across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years minimum experience with leadership or training.
• Prior experience in reporting/analytical duties.
• Experience in medical billing preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Billing Operations/Accounts Receivable processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (O365).
• Strong analytical ability to parse reports and data.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with multiple departments to represent Billing Operations.
• Monitor and analyze reports and dashboards, identify trends.
• Prepare presentations and reports with recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement action plans.
• Coordinate with payers/vendors to execute solutions.
• Lead workgroups for efficiency gains and payer resolution.
• Assist with New Start implementations, including data analysis.
• Communicate site updates to directors during calls.
• Support multiple client contracts with reporting requests.
• Perform QA checks of processes and system issues.
