Job summary

The Ladder Method is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to shape the client journey from intake through ongoing partnerships and school collaboration. You will be a senior ambassador for our curriculum and standards of excellence, engaging with families and educational partners nationwide.

This strategic, self-starting role requires understanding ADHD, executive functioning, and educational coaching frameworks, with strong communication and relationship-building as core strengths.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in education, admissions, client services, or relationship-driven leadership roles.
• Understanding of ADHD and executive functioning frameworks.
• Excellent communication and professional presence.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle prospective family intake conversations.
• Clearly and confidently present The Ladder Method curriculum and coaching model.
• Work on client onboarding and ensure a seamless, concierge-level experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for families.
• Work within a client services team, potentially managing 1 or 2 team members.
• Assist with strategic outreach to school contacts to deepen partnerships.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with counselors and administrators.
• Identify opportunities to improve client retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine client experience strategy.
• Proactively work within systems and processes that elevate service delivery.
