The Ladder Method is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to manage the full client lifecycle—from prospective family intake through ongoing partnership and school collaboration. This remote role supports nationwide families and partners, with a preference for candidates in LA or other hubs.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in education, admissions, client services, or relationship-driven leadership roles.
• Understanding of the K–12 educational landscape.
• Familiarity with ADHD and executive functioning challenges.
• Ability to speak fluently about academic coaching frameworks.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Handle intake conversations with sophistication and discernment.
• Clearly and confidently present The Ladder Method curriculum and coaching model.
• Work on client onboarding and ensure a seamless, concierge-level experience.
• Serve as a point of contact for families.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with counselors and administrators.
• Identify opportunities to improve client retention and satisfaction.
• Work in HubSpot records and communication systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine client experience strategy.
