Job summary

The Ladder Method, a premier private education company in New York City, seeks an Executive Functioning Learning Specialist to coach middle school, high school, young adult students and adults remotely using our curriculum. This part-time role (~12-15 hours/week) is remote, with a flexible hybrid-friendly setup and ongoing training.

You will help clients improve time management, planning, organization, and study strategies, while building strong relationships with families and maintaining clear

Qualifications

• Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with neurodivergent individuals a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients 1-on-1 (virtually) using The Ladder Method curriculum and methodology.
• Guide clients in improving time management, planning, organization, and follow-through.
• Help clients establish and maintain systems that support personal and professional goals.
• Provide accountability, motivation, and mindset coaching tailored to individual client needs.
• Document progress and communicate regularly with the internal team.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
