Job summary

Learning Network seeks a Senior Director of Special Programs to lead specialized student services across the organization. You will coach program leaders, ensure compliant delivery of services, and drive high student engagement and outcomes through standardized processes and effective partnerships.

You will build and maintain systems that support Tier I instruction, intervention, and compliance, while maintaining high standards, empathy, and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in special services and leadership.
• Deep expertise in Section 504, EL, GT, and McKinney-Vento.
• Online-school leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior programs leaders to deliver high-quality student services.
• Monitor performance metrics across students, employees, and leaders.
• Oversee data governance, reporting, and compliance with standards.
• Drive program outcomes through coaching, process governance, and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align school operations and instruction.
