Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Client Sales Rep to cross-sell Workers Compensation solutions to its internal client base across the United States. The role focuses on remote outreach via phone/email to clients, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, and meeting sales targets.

You will conduct deep discovery calls to understand evolving client needs, design solution sets with other reps, and present Paychex WC solutions to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales.
• Relevant Insurance License required or obtained within 90 days of start date; license updates may be required throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales cycle responsibility: qualify, refer, demonstrate, and close to hit quota.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs and position Paychex WC solutions.
• Collaborate with other product reps to design solution sets and present to decision makers.
• Share discovery findings with team and route qualified referrals for other Paychex products.
• Use technology to track activities and forecasts and collect data for the sales process.
• Project a positive image representing Paychex to clients and the community.
