Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Client Sales Manager to lead accounts in the Chicago/Indianapolis region. You will develop and execute a robust Territory Plan, manage selling resources, and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and profitability.

Remote position in Indianapolis, Indiana area, with up to 50% travel within the territory of major accounts. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field is required, along with 6+ years in sales or engineering in rotating

• 6+ years of experience in sales or engineering within the rotating equipment industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory (Domestic only).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual Territory Plan to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage and deploy selling resources effectively within your territory.
• Track and forecast opportunities while maintaining competitive awareness.
• Create strategies to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers.
• Conduct won/loss reporting and define/communicate client needs and market conditions.
