Voya Financial, Inc. in Newark, NJ is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to handle new business implementation, asset retention, asset growth and client satisfaction for a defined book of business. The role offers flexible location with 100% remote work from home.

You will maintain relationships with key clients and partners, develop strategic plans, and advise clients and brokers on investments. You’ll also support sales reps, educate participants and introduce new products to expand service

Qualifications

• 4+ years in the financial services industry or 2+ years in defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 licenses are required.
• State insurance license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs.
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and action steps.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification and suitability.
• Design participant education campaigns with the goal of increasing participation and contributions.
• Assist sales reps with presentations and serve as subject matter expert on service models and installation.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
