Voya Financial is seeking a skilled professional to drive new business implementation, asset retention, and growth for a defined client book. This role offers 100% remote work from home with flexible locations and travel as needed.

Key responsibilities include building client relationships, developing strategic plans, and advising brokers on investment issues. A strong background in financial services and licensed credentials are required.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry or 2+ years in the defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 licenses.
• State insurance license.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs.
• Develop business plans to identify key clients and action steps to manage those relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability.
• Design participant education campaigns with the goal of increasing participation and contribution rates.
• Assist sales representatives with presentations and act as subject matter expert on Voya Service Model, installation process, and ongoing service.
