• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial services industry or 2 years in the defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required within 90 days.
• State insurance license and strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Develop business plans to identify key clients and define action steps.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment topics, performance, diversification, and suitability.
• Partner with plan sponsors to design participant education campaigns to increase participation and contributions.
• Support sales reps with presentations and serve as SME on services and installation processes.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
