Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to manage new business implementation, asset retention, and client satisfaction for an assigned book of business in the United States.

You will maintain relationships with clients and partners, consult on investment issues, and help design campaigns to boost participation and contributions. You will collaborate with sales teams, act as a subject matter expert on service models, and support new product initiatives while traveling to meet

Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial services or 2 years in defined contribution marketplace.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs.
• Develop business plans that identify key clients and actions to manage relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability.
• Design participant education campaigns with the goal of increasing participation and contribution rates.
• Assist sales representatives with sales presentations and act as subject matter expert on topics such as Voya Service Model, installation process, ongoing service and procedures.
• Introduce and support new product and service initiatives.
