Job summary

Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-channel delivery, own roadmaps for onboarding and initiatives, and coordinate with client teams.

You will manage meetings, coordinate multiple projects, and ensure clear communications with stakeholders across disciplines in a fully remote role emphasizing growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably at a digital agency.
• Proficient in project management software (Jira, Wrike, Asana) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing scope and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ways of working via task management software and productivity tools, driving accountability cross-channel for project delivery
• Partner on process development with Client delivery teams and Clients, owning roadmaps and workback schedules for tech-stack onboarding and planning cycles
• Own administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, note-taking, and recaps, coordinating with third-party vendors, team hub and process documentation, onboarding
• Guide building cross-functional decks, occasionally supporting on presentations
