Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a proactive Project Manager for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage cross‑channel delivery, own roadmaps and onboarding schedules, and support client-facing initiatives with strong organizational and communication skills.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of PM experience, excels with Jira/Wrike/Asana, and can coordinate multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably at a digital agency.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Asana) and productivity tools.
• Exemplary organization skills with the ability to drive and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong oral and written communication to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing scope and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ways of working via task management software and productivity tools.
• Partner on process development, owning roadmaps and schedules for onboarding and initiatives.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, notes, and vendor coordination.
• Guide cross-functional deck building and occasionally support presentations.
