Qualifications

• Experience in client management, customer success, or technical account management.
• Experience with technology, infrastructure, hosting, data centers, IaaS, cloud, or related services.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, questions, and escalations.
• Understand client requirements and ensure services meet performance, availability, and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional services.
