Health Partners Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to nurture long-lasting client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of occupational health and wellbeing services. This role focuses on building trust with senior stakeholders, identifying client needs, and driving growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Based in a remote capacity across the UK, you will monitor SLAs, manage renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and deadlines.
• Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/data reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
• Identify client needs and upsell/cross-sell new services.
• Monitor service delivery, SLAs, and resolve escalations promptly.
• Manage contract renewals and pricing updates with a win-win approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
