Landmark Ventures is seeking a Client Operations Manager to join our business development services team. This client-facing role blends sales, revenue operations and engagement management to support enterprise IT and cybersecurity startups looking to scale.
You will own client relationships, manage the enterprise pipeline, track KPIs, and coordinate across Startup execs and Landmark teams. The role offers a remote-friendly, NYC-based environment with opportunities for growth and competitive
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in sales, revenue operations and client success in B2B tech startups
- Knowledge of enterprise IT/cybersecurity landscape
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and emotional intelligence
- Strong organization and multi-project management
- CRM tools proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and enterprise pipeline updates
- Track KPIs, milestones, and progress against client expectations
- Maintain reporting, analytics and CRM updates on engagement activity
- Support lead generation and opportunity development across accounts
- Coordinate outreach campaigns and client positioning
