Job summary

Landmark Ventures is seeking a Client Operations Manager to join our business development services team, focusing on sales, revenue operations and client success for our Enterprise IT/Cybersecurity startup portfolio.

You will manage client engagements, oversee pipeline, track KPIs, and help optimize strategies to increase deal volume and velocity while maintaining strong relationships with startup CEOs and enterprise executives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, revenue ops and client success in a B2B tech startup.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Sales, the IT/Cybersecurity enterprise landscape, and startups.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and enterprise pipeline, provide regular updates on performance and project status.
• Coordinate lead generation and opportunity development with internal Business Development teams.
• Track KPIs, run analytics, and maintain CRM updates.
• Ensure proper qualification, documentation, and progression of leads.
