Job summary

Peoplease is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding and ongoing maintenance, ensuring seamless HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance services. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor solutions, develop detailed implementation plans, and drive timely delivery.

This remote role supports a distributed workforce and requires strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a PEO or payroll services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with PrismHR is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings to gather and understand client requirements.
• Develop and execute detailed implementation plans with timelines and milestones.
• Customize the PEO platform to align with client processes and ensure data migration accuracy.
• Coordinate integration with third‑party applications as needed.
• Provide remote support during client conversions and post‑implementation training.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll, HR, and regulatory requirements.
• Create and update training materials and assist with knowledge transfer.
