HealthEquity is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead complex client implementations remotely across our portfolio. You will coordinate timelines, educate clients on portal usage, and serve as the primary liaison between clients, brokers, and internal teams.

You will document configurations and guide teams through implementation processes with a focus on plan designs and enrollment options. The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client service experience.
• 1-3 years of experience with special projects and project tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages ongoing communications, timelines, and deliverables meeting client expectations.
• Educates clients on managing and navigating their portals and plans, and how that impacts employees.
• Conduit between client, broker, and internal partners to find the right solutions.
• Serve as SME with HealthEquity platforms and document plan configuration requirements.
• Document and support file configurations.
• Guide internal teams on client implementation processes, plan designs, and options including funding and enrollment when needed.
• Contribute new ideas to accelerate company growth.
• Mentor new team members and support teammates.
