Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Manager – Business Insurance to oversee a diverse commercial book and deliver exceptional service in Minnesota. You will coordinate marketing, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and maintain policy documentation while supporting clients and teammates.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or underwriting, a P&C license or ability to obtain one, and strong MS Office and risk assessment skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or underwriting.
• Experience in commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and ensure timely service delivery.
• Coordinate the marketing process and prepare proposals.
• Bind coverage and maintain accurate policy documentation.
• Provide administrative support and assist clients.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Assess clients' risk programs and advise on coverage.
• Review renewals and provide risk management guidance.
• Collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams.
