Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Manager to oversee a diverse book of business, coordinate marketing, prepare proposals, and bind coverage. You will ensure timely service delivery, maintain policy documentation, and support clients with their insurance needs.

You’ll build strong client relationships, collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams, and provide strategic risk management recommendations to enhance coverage while meeting agency goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, commercial lines insurance.
• Familiarity with insurance company markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Ability to work well in a team and develop internal/external relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to negotiate quotations and assess client needs.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required.
• AAI, CIC, CISR, or CRIS designation preferred
• Some college or higher education
• Sagitta & Epic Experience

Responsabilidades

• Oversee servicing of a diverse book of business with accuracy and proper handling of policies.
• Direct gathering and preparation of submission information for marketing and align with client needs.
• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and bind coverage per guidelines.
• Assist with marketing and placement of new and renewal business; prepare pre-renewal packets.
• Serve as primary contact for identified clients and respond to requests promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Conduct risk program assessments and provide coverage recommendations.
• Emphasize risk management when reviewing renewals and endorsements.
• Collaborate with Producers and cross-functional teams on client activities.
