Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Library Specialist to configure, validate, and maintain CAD/CAM libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows. You will coach clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, working directly in client libraries when needed to ensure accuracy and production readiness.

You will train clients and collaborate with the Content Creation team to tailor materials and documentation.

Qualifications

Experience in CAD/CAM or architectural millwork is required.
Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or similar AutoCAD-based tools.
Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configuration, validation, maintenance.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients; conduct regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks.
Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards in client libraries.
Provide one-on-one guidance and develop training materials with Content Creation team.
Meet clients where they are; adapt approach to various technical skill levels.
Maintain clear documentation of progress, issues, and fixes for the support team.
Identify and fix library setup and usage issues with practical client-focused solutions.
Contribute client feedback to development and content teams to improve library management.
