INNERGY is seeking a client enablement professional to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for CAD/CAM workflows. You will coach clients on using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, both remotely and on‑site as needed.

The role emphasizes clear communication, thorough library validation, and driving adoption of best practices across client engagements. You will collaborate with Content Creation and Development teams to improve library workflows and documentation,

Competenze

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software design
• Hands‑on time with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering is a big plus
• Ability to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries
• Experience training and supporting clients, in person or remotely
• Strong coaching skills and documentation discipline

Mansioni

• Work closely with clients. Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries: product data, machining rules, design standards; work in client libraries as needed.
• Train and support: provide one‑on‑one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries; collaborate on training materials.
• Meet clients where they are: adapt approach for varying technical levels; provide extra support for adoption of Toolbox and Engineering workflows.
• Keep communication clear: maintain steady onboarding/validation contact; document progress, issues, and fixes for the broader team.
• Solve problems: fix library setup, configuration, and usage issues; provide practical client-centered solutions.
• Make the product better: relay client feedback and recurring issues to development/content teams.
