Outsource Access is seeking a remote-based Operations Support Specialist to manage intake calls, dispatch field teams, and ensure insurance-compliant documentation. You will audit project files, keep CRM up to date, and support billing and collections with professional communication.

You must excel in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, show initiative, and communicate clearly with distressed customers while using Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication and empathy with distressed customers.
• Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem solving and bottleneck anticipation.
• Meticulous and accurate handling of project files, notes, photos, and invoices.
• Comfort navigating multiple screens and systems in a remote work setup (60+ WPM typing).

Responsibilities

• Own intake calls and dispatching with a calm, professional voice.
• Audit project files and photos for insurance compliance to prevent revenue loss.
• Maintain real-time CRM updates and coordinate schedules with field teams.
• Assist with billing prep and follow up on invoices to support cash flow.
