Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Client Import Analyst to support client service teams and operations. This fully remote role focuses on release, tariff data management, classifications, and compliance to ensure accurate billing and service delivery for clients.

You will interact with clients and carriers, oversee release processes, maintain SOPs, and drive process improvements across North American brokerage functions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience with client service and customs processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent, direct relationships with clients and carriers.
• Ensure accurate and timely release of shipments for assigned client base.
• Create customs entries in appropriate systems for release, rating and billing.
• Maintain the client tariff database and ensure accurate data defaults.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance.
• Develop and follow client SOPs and ESPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
• Escalate items for resolution and corrective action.
• Work with clients/carriers to obtain missing documentation.
• Collaborate with Customs and PGA's as necessary.
• Conduct internal audits and checks on tariffs/valuation.
• Participate in day-to-day team operations and planning.
• Stay updated on new systems developments.
