Responsibilities

• Build and maintain direct working relationships with clients and carriers.
• Prioritize work according to client needs and customs requirements.
• Maintain client tariff databases and ensure data accuracy for one-step processing.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and rating compliance.
• Create, maintain and adhere to SOPs and ESPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and productivity.
• Ensure timely release and rating of shipments across modes.
• Provide guidance to Release Operations to achieve service levels.
